Try any of the large discount home improvement mega-stores (like Frank's,
Home Depot etc.).....They usually carry that type of stuff at reasonable
prices.
To go the wholesale route, you would have to buy them by the case (probably
at least 1000 units)....But you could also try talking to a grower in your
area. Last year, we had really good luck in buying extra cell packs, at
good price from a local nursery, who raises millions of annuals for local
sale.
