Germinating Lapageria Rosea

I am now down to only 2 seeds each of,
Lapageria Rosea and of L.R.alba.
I have had no success with germinating these
subjects, and these were very expensive seeds!

I have tried the "usual" methods, and have heard
that there is a symbiotic relationship between them
and certian soil organisims found in forest floor litter,
no luck using that either.

Any suggestions?
