Correct me if I am wrong, but the last time I noticed there were very strict federal germination testing requirements for seed companies. At my place of business we even receive stickers to put on the grass seed each winter to show that the lots we still have in stock have been retested by the company that sold it to us and that they are still meet the legal standards. Are you all suggesting that T & M does not have to meet these standards? How do they get around it? Mary R.
