Re: Propagating columbine from seed

Columbine seed do require light to germinate and take about 28 days to
germinate. They should be kept cool (about 55 degrees is optimum) and the
uncovered seed should be kept moist the entire 28-day period. I've been
successful germinating them in the greenhouse where the daytime temperature
is much higher, but nighttime temperature falls to about 55 degrees.
