One of your best bets for seeds of the "Walking stick" would be D&V

They offer packs for 35p, and will also provide excellent growing
instructions if asked, though their printed instruction says.....hardy in
the UK, plant out when 9'' to a permanent position, support stems at 3'.
Grow to full height in second year, about 10'. Trim off head and roots, dry
slowly in a dry environment, and finally treat with two coats Polyurethane
varnish, and fit cap and ferrule.
