I am looking for information about Eremerus (desert candle, foxtail
lily, etc...).  I have seen them listed in some sources as hardy in Zone
3, while other sources list them hardy only to zone 6.  Does anyone in
zone 5 or colder grow them?

Does anyone have any experience growing Eremerus from seed?  How many
seasons does it take to produce a bloom?  Has anyone on the list done
any hybridizing with Eremerus?
