Hello, my name is Barbara and I'm fairly new to this list.  This
question has probably already been asked so please bear with me.  I
bought a packet of the Lobelia "Queen Victoria" seeds this weekend.  Do
I have to prechill this perennial or can I just start it under my lights
right away.  Help! And thanks in advance.
