Pinky-finger thick, 15cm long semi-hard to hardwood cuttings with
rooting hormone (for hardwood) in sand has worked well for me in the
open under a shade tree. I've just seen a report that someone in the
USA grew one kind from softwood cuttings under mist with bottom heat.
Didn't bookmark it, I'm afraid, search for "rooting database"?
