Hi Martin,
YES!! a rooted leaf, branch, root, or any other type of vegetative cutting that
will root has all the "knowledge" or information it needs to individuate it's
cellular structure to become a mature plant. The only rooted leaf-cuttings
that have never become mature plants are those in the Saxifrage tribe.
