Hello, Jennifer. I have grown Brugmansia sanguinea successfully from
seed. Before planting the seed, I nicked it with an emery board and
soaked it in warm water for a few hours. Then I used bottom heat at about
90 degrees Fahrenheit. Worked for me. I don't remember exactly how long
before the seeds sprouted, but I remember being surprised that they came
up so quickly.
