Hi: I'm new to the list, but have been germinating seeds for over 35 years. I
tried Park Starts a few years ago, and tried them again two years ago. They
are really great for germinating seeds, but the medium is so tight that even
artichokes could not penetrate to the outside. They are still being dug up
when I redo my vegetables and flower beds. Not very biodegradable. I still
have a bunch, but I won't use them again.
