Hardening off Hardy Annuals

Yeah, the Lobelia finally germinated!! Many thanks to all
those who offered their kind support and information.

Again I've started way too many annuals undergrow lights.
In order to make more room for the newer members of the family,
I'm tempted to move the larger seedlings into cold frames outdoors.
Except for last night's freeze, the coldest night temp is usually
in the mid-30's. And if we get a cold snap, I can throw a blanket
on top to keep them cozy.

These temporary cold frames consist of an old windowframe on top
of 3 layers of brick pavers. They have worked well for perennial seeds
sown directly into flats last fall, but I'm not sure how well they will
work for annuals.

Any suggestions on which hardy annuals would be the first ones
to go into these temporary cold frames?
