Hello!
Does anyone have information regarding the germination requirements for:
Primula capitata
Primula florindae
Primula polyneura
Viola mirabilis
I have investigated the archives and the web generally and found information
only for P. polyneura (Sow at 20ºC (68ºF), germinates slowly). I'm assuming
that at least V. mirabilis requires stratification, but the big question is,
how much? They seem to vary wildly with the violets, with V. koreana being
content with about 2 weeks (by my experience) and V. pedata requiring 8-12
weeks (according to various sources).
Thank you!
