Cold water??

It is time to take the limited amount of flats from the sunroom in the house
and heat up the greenhouse. My question is ...in the greenhouse I do not have
warm water to start seeds and water the flats I have started. I must run a 200
foot hose from the house useing water straight from the well, I would guess
the water temp. would be 58 F. Is this to cold to start tomatoes, marigolds
Lobelia,Vinca,Lychnis and a few other perennials?
