Dear Larry,
The suggestions already made are all correct, especially the fact that tomatos
love warm water. Here is another suggestion, at pet stores you can purchase little
submersable heaters that are used for dogs water bowls so that they do not freeze
over, and they will keep the water nice and luke warm in garbage cans.
