Have you tried digging up a few? Are they being eaten underground?
Sprinkling diazinon in the trench helps with that, although I hate to do
it. I don't know what organic growers do for beans or peas when this is the
case, although I have asked on the OGL list and received no answer. The
more organic matter I incorporate, the larger the population of things that
eat organic matter (including seeds). Margaret L
