RE: Oriental poppies and yellow leaves


Good morning,  I have grown both Papaver orientalis and Papaver atlanticum
from seed, plugs, and root cuttings.  I also have several nice blooming
clumps in my garden.  It has been my experience that Papavers naturally have
yellowing of the oldest leaves.  Not exactly a positive feature, but the
handsome flowers more than make up for it!
