Dear Heather:
What's your latitute? Mine is 47N and in the foggy NW we don't have
enough light in winter to start seedlings in the greenhouse. They need
more light and more heat to start. Then later in the spring when more
sunlight returns we could start seeds either beneath lights or in the
greenhouse.
