How do you root your Daphne cuttings? I tried last year by using root tone
and sealing them in bags which I opened daily but I was unsuccessful. I may
have taken the cuttings to late also as I think I did it in Dec.

Daphne cuttings can be taken in September and put under fluorescent
lights. They will grow all winter and be well rooted by spring.
