Antitranspirants

I've always wondered about using an antitranspirant when I do cuttings, so
I recently bought a bottle.  The directions for use all apply to
trasplanting whole plants, not cuttings.  So please tell me, do you use
antitranspirants?  If so, when do you spray the plant -- before you take
the cuttings?  What about afterwards?  Any other words of advice?
