seed germination

Hi everyone, I would like to know some names of seeds which come out of
dormancy faster (i.e. germinate) when we expose them to any of the following:
extreme light, extreme cold or heat, stratification, acid.
Also, which season are these seeds naturally dormant in.
I would appreciate it if anyone can give even one name.
