experience that morning glory seeds are not resistant to frost, so
I think you should collect at least some of the seed and keep it
inside during the winter (any temperature should suit them, to
my experience room temperature is ok). This has also the advantage
that you can start growing them earlier which results in more and
earlier flowering.
