Dear Angelo,
Believe it or not I grow chile peppers as a winter crop in Alaska, in the
greenhouse of course, my experiance has been with Tai's and halapenos and
Habeneros. The hottest pepper known is:
Red Savina Habenero, which just made it into the Guiness Book of records as
the hottest chile known. It was a surprise to see Shepherds seeds offering
them for sale from seed this year.
They have a Scoville heat rating of 350,000 to 500,000 units!
