My experience with the burning bush (Euonymus alatus - winged euonymus) is
that it self sows with abandon - seedlings come up in droves under the
parent plant, in cracks in the driveway - I would just plant the seeds now
and let them overwinter outside. Unless you'd like to come to my house and
pull up a bunch of seedlings....
