Hot Peppers

What I do is surface sow  on plug flats.   The outside temp is 80 degrees and I lay a sheet of plastic over the plug flats with no clearance.  I water from the bottom
up.  Once 50% of the seeds have germinated, I remove the sheet of plastic.
