Hi Heather,
I'm not familiar with this particular variety, but Campanula here in
Massassachusetts zone 6 is a tough plant. I would be inclined to plant
some outdoors and leave the others in the pots and put in a cold frame.
If the cold frame is sunk into the ground, then it shouldn't go below
freezing. If you don't have a cold frame, then sink to pots into the ground
and mulsh heavily.
