I collected seeds from a friend's Campanula carpatica 'blue clips', and
they have sprouted into little seedlings. Unfortunately, it is now late
in the season (being end of August), and frost is a possibility tonight
(although this would be very early for a first frost here in Zone 6).
My question is: do I have to overwinter these inside under my grow
lights? I don't have a greenhouse (sigh!). Is it worth the aggravation
of keeping these little ones all winter? I assume they will be to
fragile to plant out this year?
