Since we are now having our annual discussion about how to preserve our tomato crop that has come in, I thought it would be great to get some ideas from all of you. Some things we have done in the past: 1) frozen the tomatoes whole in ziploc bags and used throughout the year 2) made a huge batch of tomato sauce and froze it in small containers. Any other ideas?
