How about tomato catsup? Pickled green tomatoes? Dried tomatoes?
Tomato juice? I store harvested tomatoes whole in the freezer until I'm
ready to deal with them. We like to can crushed tomatoes, just peel and
cook down so there's not a lot of liquid, then can or freeze them and use
for sauces, soups, bean pots, whatever.
