Re: Pepper seedlings, transplanting, insects

William,
Peppers need a lot of sun. That is why the seedlings may not look very
strong. Don't worry about a few insects, a strong plant can withstand some
damage to the leaves, as long as you're not growing it for its cosmetic
value alone. I would put the plants out in the sun now, watching them for
stress since they've been in the shade.  It doesn't sound like they need to
be potted up yet.
