Hi All,
I have made myself a propogation box. It has a plywood bottom and 1x4
sides. Size is about 3'x2'. I have put a piece of carpeting on the bottom,
(cut to size)and on top of that a waterbed heater, and on top of that
another piece of carpet. In other words the heater is sandwiched between
the pieces of carpet. On top of the carpet I have my tray of seedlings in
individual pots. My question (finally you ask) is, where do I put the heat
sensor that controls the thermostat? Someone suggested it should be in the
soil. Would not work in my case, as I am using single pots. Thanks for any
help.
Pat.
