I just had a good example today. I had a members send me 41 messages to
unsubscibe. Yes this gets my attention, but I hope it did not go to the
mailing list. Here was their problem, they were trying to send an
unsubscribe command from dbognies@concepts.nl but they are signed on
with dbognies@westbrabant.net What I have to do is search 500 email
address for a common thread. Luckily they still used the same prefix.
This is a common mistake when people try to unsubcribe. Be sure you
email program has the same SAME SAME email address which you signed on
with. If your ISP was bought out by another ISP, be sure to understand
that they might of created a ".forward" file. A ".forward" file pushes
your old email to your new email address.
Please try all these issues. I am a person like you who wants to help
but I don't want to the whipping boy.
