As far as I remember, the leaves were greyish green. The plants were
very vigorous and the seeds are bluish grey and look the same as the
seeds from a packet of P. 'paeony flowered' that I also planted this
spring. Thanks for the interesting information that they will not
cross pollinate. Does that go for most P. species?
