It may also be easier to purchase bottled CO2 to fill that bag with, or to
mix up a measure of baking soda and vinegar if it is a pretty small plant.

If the whole room is infected, it may be simpler to take cuttings, visually
inspect for bugs, then treat the rest of the plants with fire.  A large
bonfire in the back yard should destroy the bugs.  Thank goodness you've
got your cuttings!
