No not at all- even though they are over worked and too many times there is
out side pressure effecting there final approval or denial.
I do not know of the product my self-never heard of NEEM, that is why I did
not make any specific comment about it.
Personally I try to use the least amount of pesticides as I can, weather they
be natural or synthesized. Strong healthy plants with the right amount of
water and fertilizer will keep most plants healthy, I do have problems once
in a while with scales and one pray of a systemic insecticide in early June
takes care of that problem.
One thing that is needful to remember is that the over use of any produce
will result in problems.
