Sheryl,  I don't know about seeds but it starts easily from cuttings.  I
think Thompson & Morgan offered the seeds.  You could look in their little
book and see if they mention any pre treatment.

Does anyone know how to propagate scaevola?  I have found a source for
seeds in Australian but they are unsure whether or not they seeds need
smoke or burning to germinate?
