Given the name can only assume that this  a white flowered form of
Cep.However there are over 65 species,including annuals,bi-annual,and
perennials.,so you might ask her which she thinks it is..Flowers of all
types tend to look like scabiosa flowers.
Generally they are easy to germinate..I would reccomend sowing them right
where they are wanted as they are very hardy and easy ..They do well in full
sun,moderate soil of med.moisture,(mine do well in dry conditions as well in
very hot full sun.)Per.can be 6-8'tall.
