So I shall get up on the soapbox with you Louise, for just one more comment.
 Bacon is the flavor for so many good things you might look into the bottled
stuff used on salads.  That, however, is full of salt so is also banished
here.  The new idea I wish to convey is that there is a bacon product I found
in my brother's restaurant. All restaurants use this new bacon for BLT's and
similar items.  His product is from the John Morrell company. It is precooked
bacon, you put it in the microwave for 30 seconds.  No mess in the K.  The
amount fat on package nutrition panel is about one quarter of bacon cooked at
home from the markets.  My husband can have some of this once in while.  Some
customers have been buying the product from my brother - I don't know where
else to find it beside a restaurant.  It must be in some stores.  It is not
expensive in the restaurant large quantity, maybe be more so in a market.
