Cindy,
I know this was addressed to Clyde but thought I'd jump in too.
When planting Hosta for flower such as you are you must consider how much sun
if any this area recieves. I have found that to get optimum bloom you must
have some sun. What casts your shade. If it is not dappled you may not get
the flowers your looking for. I usually consider foiliage first because that
is what I will be seeing most of the year , the flowers are a bonus .
