I got a kick out of your message. For many years I simply could not rid my
garden of anything. Mine consists of a large number of hostas which, as you
know, self-seed like all get out.
My solution: Give many of these plants to gardening friends.(OR if you have
enemies, give them some of the lysimachias and Northern Sea Oats.:>) )

But there is something else you might consider: DO NOTHING at all and let
nature take its course. Record everything that sprouts up; keep a diary; take
pictures; and, write and publish a book, "The Soft-Hearted Garden" with a
sub-title---'How Really To Enjoy The Crowded Garden.' You will be rich and
famous!
