It is the first year.

Plantigeneas are very sensitive to late frosts ...grow nicely, but won't
bloom.  It may be that the plant you got had been exposed to a late frost.
Since I live in Rockville, we have fairly similar growing/weather
conditions, I will check mine to see if they are blooming....think so and/or
may be the Honey Bells.

Yep they are blooming...looked at my Aphrodite and it is throwing up a bloom
stalk....now that's frustrating member of the plantigenea.  IF they grow a
bloom stalk it may just wither and die (as all mine have)...but hope springs
eternal and may be this year will be THE year.
