astilbe

        Someone please trigger my memory:  which is the species of astilbe
that is most tolerant of dry shade and has sort of a ground cover habit?  I
know there is one, but I can't remember which.  The moisture lovers who'd
prefer cool weather and sun with moist soil don't do well in Illinois, but
the one whose name I forgot is reliable.  Thanks in advance.
