Well James,
Politicians do it all the time and it seems to work for them. One of the
recent administrations had a thing about "smoke and mirrors" in the budget
department;-)
Why not give it a try and see what you come up with? Perhaps a decent design
and write the experiment up as an article or report. Certainly would be
interesting. Also you would then have a productive day.......
