Sir, as a nurseryman I come accross all kinds of situations where people
have killed their own plants and attempt to pass the blame on others.
Everytime I see a tree shrub or weed growing through a crack in asphalt it
amazes me time and again.
Hosta's for one, which will occur as a weed in some places in my nursery are
not even killed by regular low doses of round-up nor by 2-4D, I use both
methods to controll weeds in my nursery.
Lucky for you you found a symphathetic judge and you won your case in small
claims court, but then even OJ walked out a free man.
