Sir: Your comparison of my case and OJ shows that you are a nurseryman who
obviously doesn't enjoy dealing with the public. What kind of chip do you
have on your shoulder?
I have spent many years in the nursery business. I certainly would not
present your snobbish attitude to my customers.
The row of hosta, several varieties, on the north side of my house was quite
healthy. Hosta in other locations of my property were not affected; only
those near the lawn that was sprayed were damaged. Is this proof, sir, that
I killed the hosta myself?
Obviously you can't answer my question. You take the easy way out by
claiming I was at fault and, looking for a scapegoat, placed the blame on
the lawn care company. Sir, I have much experience in the trade. You cannot
dismiss my situation as one caused by a novice.
The "sympathetic" judge was more helpful than you, sir.
