a friend of mine lives in MA where they have but a ban on wateringBUT they r
allowed to water perennial and vegetable gardens {"gives people peace and
nourishment"} guess sometimes even the government can have a heart!
any rain yet? we just got two late night storms and some Canadian air, which
really cools us off (down to the 70's--more like normal}
hope u can maintain the rest of ur garden, I tend to water after sundown, has
this helped u at all? will keep u in our prayers....smile
