Hi-
there is a wonderful Clematis nursery not too far from me in MA called
Completely Clematis. Went there last year.
The owner recommended planting Clematis 2 " deeper than where they
currently were in pot. Clematis like cool feet and warm leaves. I did this
with the four plants that I bought and all are doing very well. I have had
to water often, due to no rain.
