Re: snow protection


I always go knock snow off the boxwoods, if nothing else, as they
have fairly brittle stems that break easily under the load.  If it's
ice, I leave it as I can do more damage than the ice.  Will also
knock it off anything else bent double.  Find a broom handle very
good for this - lift up from under the branch and jiggle.
