I'll add a third voice for Forestfarm...hard to beat them, really,
and if you (unlike me) actually place your order early enough, you
can cut the shipping a bit to the east coast. I've always gotten
very nice plants from them and much larger size than I'd expected.
Also agree about Wayside. Ordered from them for years and years -
before I discovered all the great 'real' nurseries out there (Wayside
doesn't grow, really, they buy in)...also got so disgusted with 'sold
out' or whatever excuse they were using for not shipping what I
ordered and misnamed stuff - not to mention the size of what they
ship...well, their catalog is nice eye candy...but there are so many
other nurseries out there who will send you what you ordered and in
decent size........
