They use the apical meristem for TC, in most instances.  I don't know
what chemical they use, because I simplify the process and just say
"Here's the money".  And they do it.  I have enough rattling around the
interior of my cranium without adding chemical analysis to it.
Some TC labs clone popular, slow to propagate varieties, while others
find a sport or fluke speciman that exhibits excellent qualities, and
clone it.  Like if you only had ONE brilliant yellow geranium, you could
theoretically produce unlimited quantities of it by TC.

I'll send you the primula descriptive list privately, as I made that
blatent capitalistic blunder yesterday.  This list has variety,
description, size, price and shipping info on it.
If anybody has interest in, I'll be glad to respond, as I've now
discovered the wonders of COPY & PASTE!!
